Newbie wannabe investor
hi, I am newbie in this field and am looking for some guidance/mentoring in terms of what it takes and needs to be done for being a successful investor. I am thinking more in terms of renting out homes as I grow in this field. Lately I have been reading this forum and also listening to some podcasts. I am employed full time and have 2 yound kids, so dont have liberty to pull out too much of time to learn this art, but I can certainly manage to pull out some time as needed. I would like to assist someone in a flip so I can learn how to judge a property and make it a success. Hope to hear from as many of you around and looking for an opportunity to work closely with some of you.
