I am the type of person that takes actions, and after 1 month of listening to the show, Inspired by Joshua & Brandon Tuner I'm happy to announce that I closed on my first rental property!!!.

One of the reasons for writing this is to inspire you to think on who you are and who you’d like to become.

I was hoping to get people's input on whether or not it would be worth it for an inspiring investor or investors in general to get a real estate license.
