Is it beneficial for investors to get License?
I was hoping to get people's input on whether or not it would be worth it for an inspiring investor or investors in general to get a real estate license.

in my opinion, yes. You have access to the MLS, property profiles, local, state, regional data, also free attorney service (at least in CALIF), forms, and you can save a ton in commissions when buying and listing property not to mention all the control and no waiting for anyone to do their job.
