Hi, my name is Eddie Espinal, I'm new to real estate investment and I'm looking to network with like-minded people to share & learn as much as possible about real estate. I'm looking to build a portfolio of at least 20-30 units in the next 5 years. I was referred to the BiggerPockets by a co-worker after I expressed my interest in Real Estate investment and since then I'm hooked to the show.
I am the type of person that takes actions, and after 1 month of listening to the show, Inspired by Joshua & Brandon Tuner I'm happy to announce that I closed on my first rental property!!!. Now comes the fun and the learning curve of learning while doing it. I'm hopping to continue this journey and find some friends here that shares the same passion and that can help me get off the ground in this new business venture.
