South Shore in particular has very large 2-4 unit buildings from what I've seen.

This level of care and attention is one of the hallmarks of their business.

I would love to hear from anybody in the Denver metro area who is house hacking or owns a rental house that is a two story with two separate units (separate entrance with an additional kitchen).

My wife and I own a handful of vacation rental property units in Michigan, our home base.

IF I can get my unit turned over fast enough, I can potentially have a new guest in the day after someone moves out (move out in the AM, new guest in by late afternoon the following day).

Can you give me one reason I'd prefer to do an arbitrage over owning the actual unit?

My AC unit quit and I got an email from their Property Services Manager with options and prices to get it fixed.

Last I checked, I think there has to be a set unit count that you have before you would be able to use it, not too sure on that though! 

I do know a local investor who has mostly taken non residential structure and used ADU laws to add units.
