Rent rates for split single family home rentals in Denver?

I would love to hear from anybody in the Denver metro area who is house hacking or owns a rental house that is a two story with two separate units (separate entrance with an additional kitchen). I'm just curious what people are getting for rent in certain areas around Denver for these types of properties.
