Hey @Melanie Hernandez, first, it is a Short Term Rental. AirBNB is a platform where you list your STRs.

Second, take some time and do a search here for arbitrage. There is a ton of info on the topic.

Also, take a few minutes and search on AirBNB and VRBO for places near where you want to buy. What kind of nightly rates, occupancy and amenities do they have. That will give you a good idea if it will work.
