Hey everyone - I have an area on my farm that I leveled and spread clean 2b stone for equipment storage, trailers, etc. for my own stuff but I was approached by a local tree service that just lost their long term storage area.

We've done RV storage at some of our self storage facilities and it does relatively well. 

Once the tenant is out you can proceed to remove all the garbage to a storage unit.

While Spring and Summer are peak booking times, I can also expect winter bookings for GB Packers games.
