Hey all!

I’m a northeast guy but curious about A markets in Georgia. What are the top markets in Georgia? I assume savannah, Athens and Atlanta.

@Andrew Bosco, to further note, it entirely depends on your investment strategy and budget. Lately, to maximize cash flow while investing in an appreciation-based market (Atlanta), the majority of my clients have shifted their investment strategy to rent-by-the-room properties. Co-living investments provide high-yield cash flow, however, more risk is assumed. If you have an interest in this unique investment strategy, I'd be more than happy to discuss it. Feel free to shoot me a text or email to connect (contact info is listed in my bio).
