Obtaining Investor Clients for TN & KY Investments
Hey BP,
I have a land acquisition company in Nashville, TN and currently work with a development company and their tenant to locate sites throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Basically, I am in a different market looking for opportunities 3-4 days a week focused mainly on high traffic areas. Recently, I realized that I could add significant value to other investors in specific asset classes (multifamily, self storage, mobile homes, shopping centers, etc) without any significant cost on their end by simply expanding what I look for in these markets. That being said, I am not certain the best way to go about finding/approaching these investors in the most professional way. Any advice for someone like myself? Is having someone scout for you in 12-15 markets per month valuable?
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
