@Benedict Feole- thats a large  HOA for a  120K place ...try  getting a  hold of the  resale  certificate  from agent or seller to  see if there is anything  unusual in project  ....ask  about pending  litigation ....ask about  pending assesments ....lenders/ appraisers are tighter now with FL  condos after  surfside mess  ....if this a " condotel "  some lenders  wont  finance it
