The owner being the way he is and having relationships and personal interaction with them and his tendency to make deals on the fly may undermine my actions. 

However, relationships are critical and the cheap appraisers don't necessarily have a good grasp on supply and demand interaction, sound data, and appropriate analysis.

My feedback (mind you I have not taken the survey yet but will after this post) is that I really really enjoyed the interaction that Brandon did on his last webinar - sending out the sheet which you filled in along the way.

Doing this will give you an idea about personalities and interactions so that you can make a bonafide decision.Much success to you in your endeavors!

Watch how they interact with the interested customers, and what sort of knowledge their responses convey.

Attending networking events and interacting with other investors is one of my top priorities as establish my real estate investing.
