I am new to bigger pockets, but not investing.

I recently had someone tell me I needed, to check out bigger pockets because they are saying a lot of the same things I tell people all the time about investing in real estate. Now after listening to hours and hours of pod casts, and reading so many of your posts I just have to say where have you been all my life. I started flipping houses more than a decade ago, and I have had my ups and downs. Some great deals where I was sure it couldn't be this easy to work in real estate investing, and some bad deals where it confirmed that yes it is not always that easy. I found myself listening to the podcasts thinking about the times I went through simular issues and wish I could have gotten some of that advice then. From the overimproved flip, too using the BRRRR method (just heard the term, although I used this methodology for years). I have been investing for years and have moved into the agent side the past 4 years to try to do even more in the industry I truely love being a part of. I look forward to learning and interacting more with this group, and hopefully I can bring some value to the discussions from my own trials and tribulations as an investor.
