Along with copying them you could file a complaint with them as well.

On the other hand you have Cleveland which is known for its strong cash flow potential.

.- Current Rent is 150$- $200 behind market avg.I am very comfortable in single family homes in this town (own 18 SFH rented and performing well).

Assuming the GP is any good, their deals will go well and they'll make their investors (and themselves) money.
