Delayed VRBO Payments

We have had two guests check out since 5/1 and have not been paid by VRBO for either. We have called VRBO multiple times and the response we get is it being handled by billing. They tell us they have no way to transfer us to billing and they provide no other details. Payout dates are not showing in the system.

I have started sending DMs on Twitter as of today. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and has anyone found a good way to move these issues forward?

Thanks!

I've had issues in the past getting payouts from VRBO.  Each time I call the Premier partner hotline and the issue is resolved.  They were having trouble with their third party payment service before the current crisis but I wonder if the problems they are having now has something to do with them not handling customer payments properly (not putting in a sort of escrow account).  I had a guest that waited 30 days for a credit to his AMEX for a refunded security deposit.
