I've read in quite a few places that it's important to have things like an LLC, website, a phone number devoted to your real estate ventures, and business cards to bridge the credibility gap.

When people are starting out in real estate they generally focus on the "less important things" like business cards, entities, etc.

I would like to ask on how you go about on sending out your business cards in your target location?
