hi toddwe are looking at the same problemwe are looking at using credit cards with cirrusso the solicitor does a direct transfer via our credit cards that have the money deposited into themthe transfering back out is not a huge problem at the moment as we are looking at reinvesting the cashflow back into the marketI am at the moment looking for a funder that will refi properties with foreign investors in the new co companyI am at the moment putting the structure in place which is not an easy job to do

. :)In terms of credit cards in the LLC's name, you will still have to personally qualify for the card and it is directly reported and impacts your credit score.
