Given a move to FL in 2015, to further my husband's career as an airline pilot with American Airlines, we find ourselves in Boca Raton, FL.My interests in new property focus in SC where I have family, long time friendships, and eldercare obligations.

I am from the northern NJ area, and properties in this area are too expensive to be a viable market for me to begin my investing career.
