Turnkey Real Estate!

Hello BP Community!

I am a newbie in the BP world but I am extremely excited to be here to grow as an individual and build long lasting connections.

I have been working in the Real Estate Investment industry for the past 2 years with a company specializing in SFR Turnkey Investments and was wondering if anyone in the BP community was interested in learning more or just wants to share their experience(s) with me.

Success Stories, Pros vs. Cons, Horror Stories, Do you out source your property management? What kind of returns are you looking for? What are the 3 key points you look for a Turnkey Investment? etc.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!

Happy Investing!
