Hello Bigger Pockets community! My name is Jose Marques and I'm new to the forum as well as investing in real estate. I currently reside in the Tampa, FL area. I am a Financial planner so I feel that my career experience may help with investing in real estate. I found this blog/website while researching online. I am amazed at the wealth of information on here. My goal is buy and hold with a focus in duplex/Quadroplexes as well as single family homes.
