How do you get supplies (disinfectant wipes, lysol spray) if all big box stores is already out of supply?

My wife stopped at the grocery store to pick up stuff for for dinner after work .

I’ve been emailing him back and forth since August (he’s slow to respond) and isn’t budging on any of the items.

.#1 is a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2600 sq ft 2 store gone that needs cosmetic work.#2 is a 4 bedroom 2 bath 1550 sq ft home.This house is interesting beacuse it has a large new detached 2 car garage on the back connected to a back ally.

If you also have a ton of stock sales, businesses, itemized deductions ect- that all comes into play. 

Looking for contractor that is reliable and does good work, that is comfortable with using 'big box store' quality materials and working quickly.

@Jon Abadia I would consider what the remaining items are.

My son manages a local pharmacy & after a couple of returning world travelers here proved positive for Covid-19 the masses began stripping the shelves of the store of everything.

When you have an open week, add a few more items to your priorities!

My area it is $6 sf to replace.  2500 sf*$6=$15000/10 year life span/12 months in a year=$125 per month in 1 item. i use 10%.
