Third time doing inspection on a "turnkey house"
If a turnkey home was inspected initially and there was time given to fix ALL the issues with the home but when re-inspected the home was not turnkey ready at all and the repairs that were supposed to be done were not . Is it up to the seller at that point to pay for the 3rd inspection?

You should not have had to pay for a 2nd inspection. The provider should have sent you photos to document the issues were fixed. Time to move on to another company. This one is all talk and empty promises. Imagine the long term relationship with placing tenants, handling repairs. Everything will be a disaster if they cannot even get the first part of selling turnkey right which is ... selling turnkey.
