If I was mortgaged to the hilt this wouldn't be a option as I hate partnerships.To each there own but financing everything is a deck of cards some get lucky but if nobody saw what did/is happening, some don't.

I’m not sure if it’s saving or earning but credit card points can provide a really nice little income stream when you have personal and business spending to accumulate points.

Home Depot just gave me an offer of getting a 24 months 0% APR on the Home Depot Credit Card, on which I Was thinking of putting the fixup costs (20k) on that card.
