Learning real estate while waiting for a new kidney.
Hello my name is Santino Collins, 28, and I am a dialysis patient in South New Jersey. My goal is to use this time to learn some new things that will improve my life and financial goals. Right now I am reading Brandon Turner's book on Investing with Little or no Money Down and waiting for Rich Dad, Poor Dad to come in the mail. I really like the community here and the limitless sources of information and encouragement. Real Estate seems like my best option right about now because I don't believe working a 9-5 job is in the cards for me anymore because of my limitations with dialysis and social security. So I am extremely pumped and determined to change my life with real estate investing. I am also learning how to speak Japanese, German, and Spanish as well in hopes I can make future deals out of the country.
