I am an educator and father of 3 who is passionate about learning and after completing my advanced degree, I thought taking a real estate class would be FUN to learn!

I am also entering my final year in college as a finance undergrad and I have a strong passion for real estate.My end-goal is to earn passive income from multifamily rental properties so it can become my full-time job.

My passion and interest has always been in flipping houses.

Whether via osmosis or otherwise, I developed quite a bit of knowledge and passion for the RE industry as a whole that later evolved into a passion for REI.

I don't know what I would do instead, though-- I don't have a "passion" or a specific industry that I want to get in.Anyway, I'm sure I'll learn some things here, so I'll see y'all around.

I would not say one is easier then the other but if developing is what you like and what your passionate about then focus on that.

But where I lack experience, I've got enthusiasm, passion, and hustle.

I am passionate about real estate and have owned both commercial and residential properties over the years.  

I have always had a passion for real estate and for the life of me I couldn't tell you why I have waited this long to try and do something about it.
