Whoever originally installed it did a typical piss-poor job, but we were able to fix the issue. while fixing it the bottom of 1 door came off the track and we were not able to get it back on.

Notably, one can now only deduct interest if the mortgage is for the purchase of the home -- you can no longer deduct interest for a "cash out" mortgage. 

And do not expect them to help your new tenants each month once they are off their couch.With $400 in the bank, with their income, they are not able to plan and budget. 

I assume I probably am not able to be notified if they have not kept up with their insurance payments?
