Good afternoon everyone, so I've finally found a place and hopefully will be closing next week via VA loan. I have a question regarding renting out rooms. Those who have va loan property do you have any knowledge on if this is acceptable? Let's say I rent the room to active duty military would housing allow it?BTW I am active duty military

@Charles W. as long as you live in the property initially. The VA does not care if you rent out individual rooms. You are required to live there as your primary residence. That's about the only living restriction the VA house.
