Obama "ammo coding" bill

Apparently, there are 18 states that face this possibility. He wants to "code" the ammunition for sale, allowing bullets to be removed from certain areas, where designated necessary. Forget about your guns, hes simply going to take your bullets. There is always a way around, I guess.

A few states that were mentioned to me were illinois, new jersey, california.
