As of yet, i haven't got any updates on transactions due to Navy life, but I'm back now.

Ultimately whether you buy a home or a rental investment comes down to the fundamentals of renting vs. buying in your personal life. 

Im Troy Peters and its time to start something new, time to change my life, time to take a huge leap into what I know is my future.So, a week and a half ago, upon leaving Dallas to head home to Cypress, TX, I was feeling down about not having the control I wanted.  

I think at our age we can certainly offer a perspective on life for these younger folks and they sure can motivate.
