Go on FB marketplace and find a sublet apartment group and see if anyone is posting about furnished housing, maybe post something in there seeing if anyone is looking and how many properties they are finding.

If you have time and a truck and want to buy things piece by piece, there's always FB marketplace. 

The days of throwing crap into a vacation rental and making great cashola is over, if it ever was a thing.You can do a lot by just looking at the web for all the infinite number of ideas.You can stretch your dollars by looking at Craigslist, FB Marketplace and OfferUP for used made in the USA furniture.

You could do that and rent it out. 2) If you just want to sell them and the realtors are not helping (been there before), then try facebook market place free FSBO then if nothing, boost your post with only $20 for a week..use the filters, try different ones, then drop ad back to only a dollar a day 3)  (might be the best), take your sign down for a week or so, then approach a smaller local happening builder,  let them put their signs on one of the 2 lots.

Hey @Chris Troutman thanks for sharing - you might also want to try FB marketplace as a lot of renters use that for finding housing. 

Since joining NAR in 2017, Redfin said that it has paid “more than $13 million in dues, in an effort to influence NAR to advocate for an open, technology-driven marketplace that would benefit consumers.”

When we list a property for rent we use Zillow, and Facebook marketplace. 90% of our tenants over the last year has come via FB marketplace.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.
