Need help with ideas for vacant lots

Amber Imasuen
Posted

I have 2 vacant lots that I would like some creative ideas of what I could do with them. They were on the market with no luck. I was okay holding,  and mowing for a while. Now I am wondering if maybe there may be other options.

Not in the position to build right now.

Any ideas ? Thank you for your input :)

Could you partner with a builder and a lender ....put up renderings on MLS and on the sign....so people don't have to use their imagination. You're giving them a plan for what can go there. Seems like builders are always looking for lots and you could partner with one so they have access and you in turn sell a dream.
