We are a husband and wife RE investment team as well.We found a lot fun to invest multifamily and do analysis together.

Then the fun started.

And in 2012 I was selling Mercedes Benz, made great money but no where near what I'll make this year and didn't have nearly as much fun, that's why I went full time into real estate

I'm not a tax accountant, but it sure was fun reading this kind of stuff when I took the tax portion of the CPA exam.

But I've also had a lot of fun and personal growth as a result, so I'm not complaining.I look forward to networking here on Bigger Pockets!

It wasn't a business thing it was just for fun.

That's a LOT better than Georgia, which requires you to have another licensed individual sign off saying that you were responsible for at least two permitted jobs (Which is awesome fun, because contractors LOVE breeding their own competition and are happy to do it strictly for the happy feelings that sharing and being helpful give them...)

I want my life to be fun and not dealing with people with major problems who are unstable all of the time causing drama.

I would love to something fun with loft units as i have done a couple of mill conversion projects.
