I’m currently reading both the book in flipping houses and estimating rehab costs.

I am interested in flips and rentals only because I am not familiar with other strategies at this time,  as I continue to learn and gain confidence in what I am doing other strategies will be considered.

I am looking to start small with maybe a rental or a flip, but I just don't even know how to start.  

Hello, I'm new to buying/flipping and all the information I've read suggests that I should obtain a specialized buyer's agent. 

I launched this business in February and am excited to say that I have 2 flip properties going with one getting great feedback from the realtors and one almost ready to be listed. 

There goal for a wholesaler is to make a quick profit flipping the contract.

I am looking for advice on how to succeed at flipping and acquiring rental units while simultaneously rebuilding my credit up to excellence. 

I am interested in rental properties mostly but also looking into flips and or wholesale if it's an option in my area.I have a lot to learn about every aspect of real estate investing.
