Advice on starting out while rebuilding credit

I am a new investor ramping up to get started. I've formed my company and I'm working on building my team. I am looking for advice on how to succeed at flipping and acquiring rental units while simultaneously rebuilding my credit up to excellence.  Anyone who has done it or anyone who has knowledge of how it can be done, please do give some feedback. I appreciate your good advice and direction.

Thanks!
Jerome H.

There are no shortcuts to building credit, it takes time. Pay your bills on time and keep your debt ratio low. I use CreditKarma (free) to monitor my credit. CK also gives suggestions to improve your credit.  Flipping often doesn't require credit, many hard money lenders don't look at credit.
