Hello BP, 

My name is Brandon Miller ...  I am very new to investing and looking to build a team to help me pursue and obtain the goal of being a full time investor. I am interested in flips and rentals only because I am not familiar with other strategies at this time,  as I continue to learn and gain confidence in what I am doing other strategies will be considered. I am interested in investing in the Birmingham and Huntsville, AL markets.  I have been in the insurance business (claims department) for the past 16 years and have always been interested in real estate but never had the nerve to pursue it further...I am confident today is the 1st step towards my pursuit of being a full time investor one day.  Although I have big dreams I understand I have a ton to learn, that understanding is what lead me to the BP community.  I was introduced to BP through J. Scott's The Book on Flipping Houses, the positively portrayed in that book and in the you tube videos is what drew me to BP.
