Best way to figure this out is to get both numbers on a small list of diverse properties and then compare the numbers to comps you pull yourself until you get some confidence in the numbers.I've got to run, but I've written quite a bit here in other posts on the strengths and weaknesses of AVM's, so you might look for those posts.

Persistent, inaccurate, negative ideas about who lives in manufactured home communities allows others to make judgements because they fail to recognize we are just as diverse, talented, community-oriented, good and bad as everybody  else.  

@John Underwood Yes I live in a city that is heavily promoting dense housing.

The fact remains that America is racist, just because companies use the term "diversity and inclusion" to make Blacks feel comfortable doesn't mean they're not racist.

Do the storage places have promotions of first month for $1?
