LLC's are for apartment complexes.

Nothing I’ve ever rented has included a washer / dryer unless it was a complex with coin op machines in a general area.  

This does introduce extra complexity, additional financing overhead, etc... but best protects *both* your long term interests.Good luck!

Hey Logan,The largest inventory and more affordable prices in for smaller apartment buildings will be in Western MA where it was previously manufacturing cities with large housing complexes.
