Living around a Boston, good areas to invest in?

Going to be living in the Boston MA are. What are some good cities and towns 1-2 hours outside of Boston to invest in? Mainly small apartments for cash flow

@Logan Heydt Don't forget to check out Southern New Hampshire. Better cashflow than Boston markets, and rents are still climbing with very low vacancy.  All three major cities are worth checking out (Nashua, Manchester, Concord), but like any city you'll want to do your research.
