How do I evaluate returns at various price points and under complex financing structures?

These are the top three features I always keep in mind when evaluating a potential property:1️⃣ Location Matters: Properties near attractions, with great walkability, or offering something unique—like a waterfront or mountain view—tend to perform better.

I manage a few smaller complexes and they are all on individual price schemes though they are usually within a few dollars of each other. 

That being said, it’s more complex to use than Shopify.

Start by reviewing the assessment report for errors, such as incorrect square footage or outdated property features.

We manage three large apartment complexes in two different submarkets in Indianapolis. 

These are features like online renter payments, tenant portal (for payments and work orders), help keeping track of work orders, tax reporting features, and accounting functionality.

Here’s MY general feeling; if a MHP isn’t TOH, or I can’t easily switch from POH to TOH, then I might as well purchase an apartment complex and have less problems.
