I want to go to college but I have no money.

I've worked for a family-owned Investment Company as the Multifamily Analyst, so I do have experience other than my degree.

So story gets a little better....tenants are college students but there from saudi arabia.  

I'm a San Diego native who moved to CA's central coast (San Luis Obispo) for four years in college and found myself in Bakersfield for work about 3 years ago.I've been snooping around BP for a few weeks now and listening to the podcasts on my way to and from work.

A degree in finance is practically worthless without it. 

Its going to cost me $200 to get a plumber out to fix these broken pipes this morning. (7 degrees outside) I guess I could go on the internet and learn...but I'd still have to do it.

In my case, there were 4-8 months left on the 12 months leases when we purchased so I increased rent for the next lease if needed, I only had two tenants stay on (college town).  

Take a basic writing class at a community college, and you will be able to write that business proposal when the opportunity arrives.  

Anything around ND campus will be overpriced, but steady flow of college renters.
