looking for this book...

So I went to Than Merril's free seminar for flipping houses Feb 10, 2015 in Detroit MI. While I did learn a lot at the event, I was a little overwhelmed with some of the vocabulary words they used. Well at the end of the event, the host offered a 3 day training event for about $200. If you bought the event you would get this training book and DVD set, as well as a hand full of brochures. I really wanted the book and dvd, but felt it wasn't worth the money seeing that the event took place on my main three days of work as well as I had no way up to Troy MI. To turn a long story short, I still would really like to have the book and DVD set. So if there is anyone willing to part with there copy or has a PDF version of it I would really appreciate it. I'm willing to pay for it, just not $200 guy's. Thank you so much.

@Desean Mattox  perhaps eBay would have the book.  Trust me there is nothing in that book that you can not learn elsewhere. go to the learn tab here. There are several free investing guides. 

I know the pitch made the book and DVD sound great. But Than has no secrets you can't learn here on Bigger Pockets.
