One of the best ways for you to start is how I did when I was about your age, "Subject Too". Learn everything you can about this way of buying properties.

I like to target areas of townhouses that are 15 years old or newer. Little repair or maintenance required.

There are so many people out there doing wholesaling, and not many people know how to do a deal where there is little or no equity. Learning how to make something out of nothing is a true skill that will serve you well.

I wont bore you with all the details of subject too, just get started. Subject too on what is called "pretty houses".
