Frustrated

Okay so here is my issue I ran into. I talked to a realtor last night he claims to be a local investor. Now his type of investing is not cash flow but long term so he buys and holds and then in 20 years or such he sells and takes his proffit then. He is telling me that in my local market Cheyenne Wy nobody will look at me without 20% down, And since I am new I should refinance my house keep it move out buy another and thats how to get started. He was didn't know what wholesaling was which that made me think either he was pulling my chain wasting my time or he really did no much. My opinion is he should know what wholesaling is and how it works and such.

What do all of you think. This is frustrating and disappointing.

I am not taking you seriously!

You know why - cause you can't express yourself clearly.  You wrote 50 words, but do you know how many grammatical errors you made?  I had to re-read twice just to understand...

This is a problem, @Jon Mccarthy .  People (agents, investors, bankers, etc.) do not respond kindly to people who appear uneducated.  If you want to be taken seriously, you need to put a premium on learning how to communicate your thoughts in a more refined manner.

Having read through twice, I am still not sure of what your question is...
