@Joshua Hill since the market is hot right now I would expect tax deed auctions to be pretty competitive.

At the worst provide a bad decision that pushed me in the right direction and I can meet the right people who can help me begin Real Estate investment the right way, and pay off the jump off the cliff.

I would meet with a good CPA or attorney to draft up your business documents.

And even though you may roll your eyes and get tired of hearing the same old things day after day, you must remember that this is a business of people management, and you will meet many types of personalities along the way.

The bank does not care about my income as long as the property is profitable / meet DSCR criteria.
