Hello, Im looking into starting my real estate investments in tax deeds amd wholesailing. Just wanted to see if anybody has any info on the  current climate of buying tax deeds?

My strategy would be to buy the properties, advertise them as is and sale them.

@Joshua Hill

This can be done. I have bought Tax liens for as low as $1200 that I have gotten a deed to.

I also bought a house for $200 last week. Well actually it is a Double wide on land. The place is worth about 70k. It just took some detective work to find this opportunity and track down the owner that had left several years ago and wanted nothing to do with property. The bank had started foreclosure twice and it was cancelled twice. The mortgage had been sold so many times that the original paperwork had been lost so the current bank had written off the mortgage after they could not foreclose.

Their are opportunities to be found but you just have to work to find them.
