Does installing central air add value in lyndhurst Ohio

Hello all, I recently purchased a SFR in lyndhurst oh (a suburb on the east side of Cleveland). I am in the midst of a mostly cosmetic rehab but with the addition of a new hvac system. It currently has heat only( original 50s gas furnace). I am definitely going to replace the furnace but am debating whether to add A/C. I believe the tenants in this area would prefer a/c but I am not sure if this would return an increase in rent enough to offset the additional cost of adding it I would appreciate any input from some who may have had to make a similar decision or is familiar with the area and the rents

Depending on how long you decide to hold the the property it should be worth it. My philosophy is better house better tenent. At least you can expect more from your tenents.
