I honestly got the e-book two days ago and told him I would tell him my thoughts next week because I have a ton of work hours within the next 6 days.

I talked with that individual today, sent them an e-mail with all the info I had and it could potentially work out to be a referral fee if one of them pans out.

It sure would be awesome if I could forward my PMs to my e-mail and mass export my colleagues to my address book or as a CSV file or something like that.

In my e-book I focus a lot on wholesaling your sub2 deals to other investors.

I don't think buying a course on e-bay is unethical any more than buying a used book is unethical.
