Finding private money for my buyers

Hey guys! Ok, so I had this bright idea that if I were able to hook my cash buyers up with private investors to fund their deals, I might be able to sell them way more deals. I actually spoke to a couple of them, and they thought it was great. They are limited only by their funds. One is a rehabber, one is a buy and hold type. So my question is, how do I go about doing this? I'm learning a little about acquiring PM myself, but how do I go about providing this type of service for my buyers? They have both cash and experience, and so should be an attractive investment. Thanks for all and any ideas!
