Now I am not saying, don't pay for masterminds and education opportunities because I have definitely done that but all I would suggest is to do your due diligence  and see if it is right for you.Another thing I notice from this pitch, is it is awfully confusing and doesn't make sense to me which is another red flag.

For our MLS we can set "or" filters so if any of your list of keywords pop up, it will flag it. 

well when you let them know that a HUGE amount of Americans don't have checking accounts and cannot get them as they are legally banned IE their SSN is flagged nationally  ..

I want to summarize some red flags to watch out when you are buying a house (also I want to record this for my future reference). 1) Big lender does not want to lend without reason.
