However, such a strong focus on one single (quite advanced) approach does not seem to be the most appropriate topic of a book that is supposed to present an overview on how to invest in real estate, which the title seems to suggest.The Bottom LineIf you are an experienced investor who specifically wants to understand how to get into and succeed in large multi-family deals, this book is amazing.
