First time real estate buyer with VA home loan benefits
Hi all,
My name is Glenn. I am a 10 year (and counting) US Navy veteran. I am new to REI but very motivated to succeed at it. It's not just a bug, I find this to be the best vehicle of success for my family and I.
My wife, daughter and I think we are ready to purchase our first home. We are in a unique situation where we are thinking of purchasing two homes on our first buy. I have a VA home loan benefit that allows the purchase of two properties at a time.
The intent is to live out of one home and to start REI on the second, whether it be Rehab to flip or rehab to rent. Ultimately, it is to begin cash flow. I plan to implement the BRRRR system on both properties if possible.
I am brought here for a number of things: If anyone knows a real estate agent that specializes in VA home loans and to please pass me their information. I am in the greater Los Angeles area. Also, if my intent for REI is feasible? If not, where am I over seeing something?
Thanks ahead for taking some time to educate this motivated novice Real estate investor.
I look forward to your responses.
